What is your turnaround time?

Our usual turnaround time is 7-10 days from artwork approval. When our schedule permits we offer quicker delivery for reprint jobs or new jobs with camera ready art.

What are your artwork guidelines for screen printing & embroidery?

We use Apple computers and prefer Adobe Illustrator files. The best format for final art is vector format (.ai, .pdf, .eps Illustrator) Please submit your art at the desired size specified in your request. Make sure all colors and Pantone matching requests are noted. Please make sure all your fonts and texts are converted to outlines.

For the following formats (.psd, .jpgs, Photoshop) please make sure your art is sized to print at 300dpi at the final size. For example if you want your art to be 9×9 inches as a final size it should be set at those dimension with a resolution of 300dpi.

For embroidery please submit your file in the .dst format. If you have any questions please call us. We are here to make your apparel look spectacular!

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept ALL credit cards. We also accept money orders, personal checks and cash. Our terms are 50% down and balance on delivery. Call us! We can accept credit card payments over the phone - 774-232-2783.
We also accept purchase orders from schools, cities or towns with maximum 30 day terms.                              

 Do you guarantee your work?

Yes. We strive to produce the best custom imprinted apparel you can buy. Your happiness is our top priority. If there has been an error in screen printing or embroidering your garments we will do our best to correct the issue or offer an alternative solution. If there is a defect in the garment or if a garment shrinks we will do our best to work with you but please understand those issues are totally out of our control. 

Can I supply my own garments?

Yes. Please check with us to make sure the garments are suitable for screen printing or embroidery. We have a minimum of 24 customer supplied garments. Please note that in the unlikely event a garment is damaged during the printing or embroidery process we cannot be held responsible for replacing your supplied garment. In some cases, at our discretion we will offer a suitable replacement.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of artwork approval and placing a deposit. Loss of 25% deposit if product has been ordered and needs to be returned (re-stocking fees). No cancellations accepted once production has commenced.
